Ok, so I heard about this kool Cranberry Smoothie and I just had to try it! Tasty Thursdays features the delicious Cranberry Smoothie – 102 calories per serving! Mind=Blown!
This smoothie boosts your immune system and the cranberries are a good source of Vitamin C.
1 cup (250 mL) cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 Tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey
2 cups (500 mL) coconut water
5 cubes of ice
Blend….you can do a lil’ dance while you’re blending!
You can get 2 servings using the stipulated quantities..
Per serving: 102 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g fat (0 g saturated fat), 24 g carbohydrates, 5 g fibre, 0 mg cholesterol, 254 mg sodium.
Sidenote- It kinda tastes like a Jamaican Sorrel Drink..kinda!
