So by now we all know that I love smoothies!!
This week’s smoothie has 94 calories and it tastes absolutely amazing!!!!!
The Pineapple Ginger Smoothie consists of 94 calories per serving; 2 grams protein; 20 grams carbohydrate; 2 grams fat; 3.5 grams fiber.
Ingredients
1 golden delicious apple, cored
2 pineapple spears, cored and rind removed ½” piece ginger, peeled
½ cup ice 1 tbsp. flax seed
Blend together – once again you may do a little dance. 🙂
By using the stipulated quantities you can get 2 servings. I’ve tried it and it tastes amazing.
